In recent years, central and local gradually increased the degree of attention of rural land circulation in 2011- 2014, the central document of rural land have different levels of specification requirements and involving rural land transfer process is also further accelerate, and in the process of maturing, but there are also other issues such as the value of chaos. To protect the farmers’ real interests, protect rural land assets, the introduction of appropriate assessment guidance has become a real problem to be solved. Standardized, scientific pricing system is a prerequisite for land contract and management rights. Only with a clear price, circulation can be smoothly. Because the current valuation system is not perfect, and the lack of land contract and management rights of science, in the circulation system of price assessment.The purpose of this study was the analysis of land contract management rights transfer of land contract and management right price model construction, to solve our existing land contract management rights transfer model and price, and can provide our government departments at all levels land contract management rights transfer management of the market to provide a reference, and then to further promote efficient, rational, stable and orderly transfer of land contract and management rights.
