Research On Sustainable Growth Evaluation Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry

In the changing economic and social environment, how the listed companies should develop in order to maintain steady growth has attracted the attention of theorists and practitioners. As an essential part of social life, pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies are closely related to people’s livelihood. In recent years, with the Increasing national policy support, the pace of development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry continues to accelerate. At the same time, many practical problems exposed, and the frequency of the listed companies in trouble or even bankruptcy is increasing. Therefore, the present study of the sustainable growth of our country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies, has important theoretical and practical significance.It requires a long time and need to face great difficulties for the listed companies to achieve sustainable growth, because there are so many factors that affect the sustainable growth of enterprises. This paper mainly introduces and appraises Higgins and Van Horn sustainable growth model, and studies the sustainable growth of our country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies using the two models, and selects Jinhe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (abbreviation:Jinhe Biotechnology) as a specific case of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies to conduct a comprehensive analysis. The main conclusions obtained are:our country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies have developed too fast; Jinhe Biotechnology’s real growth is not stable, and fluctuates around its sustainable growth rate with large amplitude, and Jinhe Biotechnology does not achieve sustainable growth. According to the research conclusion, this article presents highly targeted countermeasures and suggestions on how to achieve sustainable growth for our country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies in the different pace of development, and further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of how to improve the ability of sustainable growth. Finally, the paper analyses the defects and shortcomings of this research, and prospects the next research direction.
