Inner Mongolia autonomous region is regarded as a significant and comprehensive developing area of China’s agriculture, until now, the comprehensive agricultural development has made tremendous contributions to the whole agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia, promoting the economic development in rural pastoral areas, increasing farmers’ income and enhancing national security of food and ecology, accordingly it has become one of the most important way to improve agricultural production conditions as well as increase comprehensive production capacity recognized to the whole society. As it is known that agriculture lays a solid foundation in the national economy, so development of agriculture plays a strategic role to increase farmers’ income, ensure national food security and promote the coordination of economic and social development in urban and rural areas.In order to examine whether high-standard farmland construction project and the transformation project of low yield farmland has meet the requirement to improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity, this paper chose two typical land management projects in Inner Mongolia autonomous region as the study samples, applied with the principle of performance evaluation and statistical analysis method. The performance of the low yield farmland construction project in Azuoqi, Alxa League and the high-standard farmland construction demonstration project in Dalate, ordos, are evaluated respectively, with the improvement measures proposed. And relevant models and data are used to quantify the influence that the times of irrigation acting on land project, so the relationship between irrigation times and output of area yield can be concluded finally.
