A Study On The Evaluation Of Agricultural Comprehensive Development Project About Company A Based On Project Management Maturity Model

The comprehensive agricultural development project has been introduced to China since 1988.It has made important contributions to continuously enhancing the comprehensive production capacity of China's agricultural products,ensuring national food security,and increasing farmers' income.Every year,all levels of finance also invest huge amounts of money.At present,there are still some problems in the implementation and management of comprehensive agricultural development projects,some related to national policies and some related to management levels and capabilities.Through the maturity evaluation of comprehensive agricultural development projects,it is possible to scientifically assess the project management level,provide advice and suggestions for the management decision-making level,and evaluate the use of financial input funds,thereby comprehensively measuring the overall performance of the project and providing decision-making basis for the relevant financial departments.Based on the current research results of project management and maturity evaluation,this paper attempts to construct the maturity model of A company's agricultural comprehensive development project.This paper applies the basic framework and indicator selection of project management maturity evaluation,and simulates the maturity model system of agricultural comprehensive development project.Firstly,this paper refers to the process of agricultural development project,and establishes the initial evaluation index by combining the three elements of project management.Then,the Delphi method is used to screen the indicators;then the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight value,thus establishing the evaluation system;The method of comprehensive evaluation carries out empirical analysis and simulation evaluation of a comprehensive agricultural development project of Company A.This paper proposes ideas and methods for maturity evaluation in the special project of comprehensive agricultural development.It combines the characteristics of agricultural comprehensive development project and the requirements of maturity evaluation,and carries out empirical research.It has established the maturity model of A company's agricultural comprehensive development project,and carried out a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of its management maturity,pointing out that the company is The main shortcomings in project management and proposed solutions.The ideas and methods presented in this paper will provide a reference for such research.
