In this paper, employee inspiration is taking as the research content, limited company A is a state-owned enterprise as research object. In socialism market economy of china, the state-owned enterprises lead the national economy and control the life line of national economy. As the state-owned enterprises in socialism country, they take more social responsibility compared with other economic entities in world wide. They are guardians of Chinese reality and future. It’s fatal to keep the economic vitality of state-owned enterprises, employee inspiration is the most important one of its vital parts. Actually, the future competition bases on the competition of human resources, the successful enterprises in the world almost build on employees’ struggling. Employee inspiration is an eternal topic in any enterprises. Inspiring enthusiasm from employees, is the main function of encouragement management. It will bond enterprises goal with their employees’ together, and arouse employees’ potential. The inspiration makes employees’ requirement linking to enterprise’s goal, makes sure that individual intelligence and capability is devoted to enterprise activities creatively. It’s the way for state-owned enterprises to survive and thrive in fierce competition sustainably.There is updated basic status data and organization information, collecting and sorting out of current enterprise and employees’situation, in the paper. There are three major aspects of issues, including compensation system, career promotion channel and training program. According to the incentive theories, there are several shortages in present system, including insufficient influence from performance to compensation, poor career promotion channel, absence of training program, etc. Solutions are proposed corresponding to these flaws, in the end, the employee inspiration system of A company is built up with three parts, including fair and effective compensation system, fluent career promotion and transfer channel and comprehensive training program.
