With the development of the information technology and globalization process, the competitions among the enterprises have become more and more fierce. In the final analysis, it is the competition of the talents.Therefore, how to make the management and training system of the human resource due to the strategy of enterprise is becoming to one of the important topics in the framework of the human resource management.The subject of this dissertation is concentrated on the training systematic study of the employees from the stated-owned enterprise,which is described from the four aspects as belowing:Firstly, introducing the importance of the enterprise in the human resource management of the enterprises, which is mainly discussed the theories of the enterprise management, training principles and human resource training system. Secondly, on the basic forms of the historic research, indeeded interview and questionnair, and describing the current situation of the training system in the state-owned enterprises, and discovering the existed questions, analyzing deeply the reasons of the problems.Thirdly, applying the human resource theory training and development from the viewpoint of the human resource strategic perspective, and buiding up the completed training system of the human resource.Finally, providing the constructive advices and solutions for the current training system with the integration of the characteristics and insufficience in the state-owned enterprises.Taking DF corporation for example here in this dissertation, it is designed the human resource training system closely around the current status on the enterprise strategies and holistic management, and being aimed at the provision of the reference for the completed training system of the human resource management in the state-owned enterprises with the aim of stimulating individual's working enthusiasm maximally and realizing the sustanable development of the enterprises to suit the challenge it faced for the enterprise human resource development in the knowledge economical time.
