Human resources are the important economic and social development and scarce resources this philosophy has been obtained universal recognition, and the enterprise human resources management functions are also by conventional cognition administrative functions into strategic human resource management function, with the strategic human resources management in enterprise strategic management position and function of growing, more and more enterprises have observed that only through a scientific planning of their human resources strategy, enterprises can in future market competition in the strategic initiative. Human resources recruitment as enterprise select qualified candidates of important decision process, is always regarded as productive enterprise human resources management is a critical stage.
