Yongyou group after many years of operation and development, it has around the world established software research and development, product marketing, after-sales service company of divide into equal parts, center, each level of authority is under the leadership of the group company, the implementation of centralized management system of human resources, accounting profit to the enterprise accounting system, so human resources recruitment management has been UF group enterprises an important part of the optimization. The detailed analysis the UF group human resources recruitment management present situation, analysis the UF group staff education, gender, age and position structure, the author summarizes the problems existing in the human resources recruitment, the main problem is UF group enterprise human resources management foundation is weak, lack of professional recruitment team, manpower recruitment transition dependent headhunting company, staff turnover rate is weak, irrational structure, it is difficult to meet the various departments staff shortage.
