Study On The Development Of Edible Fungi Industry In Huinan County

Huinan Country is located in the northern part of Jilin, The mushroom industry of Huinan Country which Relying on abundant natural resources, government support and sufficient labor resources grows increasingly which played a positive role in the perfect mode of production, increase farmers’ income and economic growth. The purpose of this study is to evaluation and analysis the development of Huinan Country mushroom industry by using Index evaluation system.This paper builds a development evaluation index system of mushroom industry, and based on the evaluation index, adopting factor analysis method, gives an empirical study about Huinan Country mushroom industry development condition.The conclusion of this study includes: Huinan Country’s mushroom industry is in the growth stage. The results proved that: The weight of Industrial scale is 40.2%, the Degree of industrialization is 25.16%,and the Scale system is 20.01%,and the Service system is 14.64%.According to the theory of Industry Life Cycle, Technology, market, business, resources and government, the five factors have a big influence in the industry which in the growth period; Business and market the two factors have a big influence in the industry which in the maturity period; Technology have a big influence in the industry which in the recession period. So, Huinan Country’s mushroom industry is still in its formative years.If we want to raise the development level of the Huinan Country’s mushroom industry, Firstly, increasing the amount of resources invested to expand the industrial scale, e.g. increase the amount of money、expand the planting area、increasing the number of employees、expand market size and so on; Secondly, put more equipment、enhanced research capacity、improve the technical level of workers and so on; Thirdly, improve the capabilities on comprehensive management、improve the industry’s economic efficiency and production capacity.
