A Study On The Characteristics Of Pineapple Price Fluctuation And Its Influencing Factors In China

China is one of the top ten producers in the pineapple in the world. Pineapple is produced mainly in the Guangdong province,Hainan province,Guangxi province and Fujian province. With the rapidly development of the pineapple industry, the study of pineapple industry has become the main problem in Rural regional development. First, the market demand of pineapple is increasing year by year. Through the analysis of the pineapple industry’s development, the author finds that pineapple’s planting area and production is increasing year by year. In recent years, the import volume and demand of pineapple is increasing, the export volume is decreasing. The strong fluctuation of pineapple’s price has became the main problem of pineapple’s market. This paper analysis the pineapple’s wholesales market with CensusX12 seasonal adjustment model and HP filter decomposition model, result shows that: when regarding with inflation factor and seasonal factor, pineapple’s wholesale price is increasing month by month, the range of the price fluctuation is great. The research finds that, no matter in the production area or in the wholesales area, Pineapple’s wholesale prices are peak type fluctuations and has a long-term trend of steady rise, but the expansion ability is gradually decline. The author finds that pineapple’s industry is high risk, the price of pineapple is unstable. Peopel can talk about the causes of pineapple’s price fluctuations with unbalanced structure and other factors. The results show that: The price of substitute products、few pineapple planting varieties、pineapple’s import volume and damage area、the production mode and industrial organization structure may cause fluctuations in the pineapple’s price. Finally, the author puts foward some suggestions to stabilize the price of pineapple on this basis,such as,doing a good job in pineapple industry area layout 、 Improving the pineapple market’s circulation system 、 industry monitoring and early warning system 、 Strengthing the scientific research and technology development of pineapple’s industry. This paper claims that leading enterprises can drive the development of whole industry chain.
