It is further pointed out that the strategy for rejuvenating villages should be implemented,and it should be promoted in accordance with the requirements of industrial prosperity.The modernization of agriculture and rural areas has solved the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers so that farmers' income and agricultural economy will develop steadily.As a kind of modern agriculture that combines low-carbon,high-efficiency and recycling,the edible fungus industry has increasingly highlighted its social,economic,and ecological benefits.In recent years,the production value of edible fungi has grown rapidly in Hebei Province,and the price of edible fungi has been rising year after year.During the period,the prices of edible fungi have accompanied severe fluctuations.The price of edible fungi is directly related to the interests of farmers and enterprises.On the one hand,the interests of residents are affected.This is particularly detrimental to the improvement of the living standards of low-income groups.On the other hand,it affects the stability of mushroom farmers' production.The fluctuation of edible mushroom prices has caused uncertainty in the production of edible fungi.Therefore,in order to improve people's living standards,stabilize the production of edible fungi,increase the income of mushroom farmers,grasp the law of price fluctuation of edible fungi,and ease the price fluctuation of edible fungi has become an important research direction.This article first descriptive analysis of yield fluctuations in Hebei Province in recent years,found that there is a certain link between the price of edible fungi and the planting area,the increase in planting area will increase the output,resulting in a drop in prices,a change in the price of a mushroom Affect the cultivation of other varieties,ultimately affect the price changes;then use the relevant statistical data of edible fungus prices in Hebei Province,and then describe the annual price,monthly price,and the price of main varieties of mushroom prices,and roughly determine the edible fungi.The price fluctuation has a seasonal feature.Then the CensusX-12 seasonal adjustment model and the HP filter adjustment model were used to conduct a specific empirical analysis of the characteristics of edible mushroom price fluctuations in Hebei Province.It was found that the price of edible fungi in Hebei Province as a whole showed an upward trend,and in the short term,the fluctuation was intense.,And the cyclical and seasonal volatility characteristics are clearly present among them,the prices of bulk edible fungi are fluctuated by seasonal factors in July and August,and the prices of factory-used edible fungi are greatly affected by seasonal factors in January;Again,from the supply and demand and other aspects of edible fungi in Hebei Province The influence factors of grid fluctuations were analyzed theoretically in economics and found that edible fungus yields,environmental factors,production costs,circulation costs,residents' income,price levels,edible mushroom exports and other factors affect the price of edible fungi;Finally,according to the analysis results of the impact factors of edible mushroom price fluctuations in Hebei Province,the countermeasures for stabilizing edible mushroom prices are proposed: industrial intensive development,promote product quality and efficiency;reduce production costs,ensure stable growth of income;reduce circulation costs,develop Efficient circulation model;strengthen risk management,establish a price warning platform;orderly develop factories,make rational use of idle resources;increase residents' income and ensure stable growth of demand.The innovations of this paper are : First,research content innovation.In the analysis of price fluctuations of edible fungi,not only a descriptive analysis of monthly prices and annual prices of edible fungi,but also quantitative analysis of monthly prices of edible fungi in Hebei Province,and analysis of the impact of price fluctuations of edible fungi from supply and demand perspectives.Factors that make the study of the price fluctuation of edible fungi more comprehensive.Second,research object innovation.This article mainly studies the price of edible fungi in Hebei Province,and classifies them into large-scale and factory-based categories,and analyzes the price fluctuations of different types of edible fungi in more detail,so as to provide targeted suggestions for reducing the price fluctuations of different types of edible fungi.
