At present, science and technology enterprises in human resources management is facing many new problems and era challenges. In the object \ "employees\" aspects of human resource management, science and technology enterprises the main questions from new staff group with the characteristics of the new era. The post-80 s staff has increasingly become the new staff of each enterprise groups, and on each position in the development of enterprises play a important role and value gradually. Science and technology enterprises,as a knowledge intensive, high technology content of the employment unit, no exception to be the post-80 s staff group pouring into emerging collective organization. From the perspective of sociology and management, 80’s group after group characteristic performance is outstanding, the personalized thinking, individual expression, the respect such as personalized life become the focus of the enterprise more and more. According to the above situation, this study intends to compare in-depth research on this issue. First of all, the thesis of 80’s employees after the present conditions of the enterprise human resources management system of carding and analysis, in 80 after the employee’s basic characteristic, the post-80 s staff in the workplace of the background and characteristics of enterprise human resources management, management and etc are expounded and the reality problem. Then, according to the performance and characteristics of reality, in view of the issues related to science and technology enterprise human resources management,the science and technology enterprises in the post-80 s staff management problems and challenges are expounded respectively, from two aspects: the universal problems and management status, respectively, and probes into the problems and challenges the subjective and objective conditions of formation shall be detailed interpretation, for specific problems to solve and create theoretical model of the foundation. Problem oriented,the article then technology enterprise for the representation of A company are analyzed in the post-80 s staff human resources management. From the analysis of A company’s the post-80 s staff framework, conditions, human resources management system, management mode and so on were held in this paper, and according to the practice methods and actual management effectiveness is evaluated. Finally, on the basis of the above comprehensive analysis and discussion, put forward the science and technology enterprises the post-80 s staff of human resources management innovation strategy and the way of management of change way, main target is to solve the problem of management of science and technologyenterprises the post-80 s staff management challenges and difficulties. Full-text problem oriented, combined with the enterprise practice in their work, for example, in a whole new human resource management model to improve the post-80 s staff expected, job satisfaction formation, positive action, satisfaction, etc., hoping to and talents to the promotion of the identity of the enterprise through innovation and rising channel, for enterprises to choose the right talent, the use of good talent, retain talent basis, for the same type of enterprises in the post-80 s staff the management to provide some reference and enlightenment.
