Study On Improvement Method Of Safety Training For Employees In Rural Power Supply In Northern Hebei Province

There are many factors causing safety accidents, not only unsafe behavior, but also the unsafe condition and the defects in management. But the unsafe behavior of people is the most important part. Safety training can help us increase safety knowledge, enhance safety skills, change safety attitudes, improve safety awareness, effectively change the safety habits, in order to achieve the desired safety behavior. Thereby, safety training could enhance production safety situation and fundamentally prevent accidents from happening.At present, the rural power supply station doesn’t have perfect training management, and the supervision, assessment, evaluation of training is unfit, as a result the safety training doesn’t play a sufficient role in safe production. The prone state of safety accident has not been effectively improved. Therefore, how to improve the rural power supply safety training status and improve training management system is an important issue of their safety management.In this paper, we take the representative rural power supply station from Langfang, Chengde, Zhangjiakou, Qinhuangdao and Tangshan Province as research subjects. We use field investigation, questionnaire survey, staff discussion, etc., to accurately grasp the existing staff structure of power supply, have deep insight of the power supply safety training status, find out the existing problems. According to the theory of adult learning and training, we learn from the advanced experience and concept of the power industry safety training at home and abroad. We propose a targeted solution as a reference for the rural power supply safety training.
