In today's society,with the rapid development of economy,enterprise management is also faced with various new forms and new problems.Performance management is an important means to effectively solve various problems in enterprise management,and it is the core of enterprise management.Under the complete performance management system,through the staff performance evaluation and feedback on the performance of the staff during the evaluation,the staff's subjective initiative can be brought into play,their work enthusiasm and potential can be stimulated,and a harmonious and efficient work system can be established to promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.In this paper,Q Power supply company as the research object,combined with the characteristics of the company's production and operation management status and strategic objectives in the future period of time,using relevant knowledge of performance management,using various types of data to adopt scientific methods to conduct in-depth study of its overall performance appraisal situation,to optimize and improve its performance appraisal system.Firstly,This paper studies the basic theory of performance management and expounds the relationship between performance management and performance appraisal.The common methods of performance appraisal are briefly introduced.The necessity of using the balanced scorecard method is proposed.Secondly,The status and problems of Q Power supply company performance appraisal system are analyzed.This paper introduces the organizational structure,human resources,financial management,production and operation of enterprises,describes the current situation of enterprise performance appraisal,and analyzes the problems existing in performance appraisal reminders.Thirdly,Optimize the enterprise performance appraisal system.The overall idea of performance appraisal system optimization is put forward,the optimization methods and steps are clarified,and the system optimization is implemented by using the Balanced Scorecard method.And the new system was used to assess the previous year.Analysis and application of examination and record.Finally,The safeguard measures of performance appraisal system are expounded.After the optimization of the performance appraisal system,it should be put into practice,provide effective safeguards,play the role of performance appraisal,enhance the overall quality of employees,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises.
