Mongolia is rich in mineral resources, however, the shortage of the Mongolia weak due to the power and money, lead to the opening of mineral is not much, it is open to Chinese investment and Mongolia mineral resources provides a good opportunity, therefore and to achieve the economic and trade cooperation between the two sides, also have be customs clearance in the port. However, at present, though covered in economic and trade cooperation to establish a good partnership, but because of the influence of various factors, failure to achieve a trade facilitation, thereby limiting the development of port customs clearance, customs clearance efficiency is low, slow development of cross-strait cooperation.
