Empirical Analysis On The Impact Of National Trade Facilitation Measures On China's Export Trade Along The One Belt And One Road

As a new power to the growth of international trade,trade facilitation has been extensive concerned of every country and international organizations.As the development of science and technology,trade facilitation no longer focused on commodities across the border,it pay more attention to the links after crossing.Trade facilitation aims to create a harmonious,transparent and predictable environment for international trade.In 2013 Chinese president Xi Jinping has proposed to build “Silk Road Economic Belt” in Kazakhstan,and proposed “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” in Indonesia,comprehensive build “the Belt and Road” and an omnibearing and libertarian trading platform,accelerate to solve the barrier of trade facilitation,promote cooperation between our country with countries along “the One Belt And One Road”and multilateral trade development,acceleration of cargo traffic and reduce trade costs comply with the trend of Post Crisis Era.In history,not only Silk Road but also Maritime Silk Route are the great channel of trade contacts and cultural exchange between China with Central Asia,South Asia,West Africa,Southeast Asia,Europe and East Africa.Today,“the Belt and Road” is Deepening and inheriting the ancient Silk Road,promote economic development of China and the World.The purpose of this study is to resolve this three questions:How about the trade facilitation of “the Belt and Road” countries? Does trade facilitation has effect on our country's export? Does the four first level indicators of trade facilitation have effect on our country's export?Trade facilitation is an Indispensable topic during the research of International Direct at the three questions,through the study of “the Belt and Road” countries' trade facilitation,This paper analyzes the trade facilitation conditions from market access,border administration,infrastructure and operating environment through explain the evaluation index system of trade facilitation,and empirical analyzes trade facilitation's,GDP's,population's and distance's effects on trade flows through establish the gravity model and 46 sets of data,the results show that trade facilitation has the largest effect on trade flows.use gravitation model to empirical analysis and get the result that trade facilitation has effect on our country's export,all first grade indexes have effect on our country's export.and give related policy suggestions according to the conclusion above all.
