Research On The Impact Of Trade Facilitation On China's Service Trade Export

In recent years,in the context of the domestic economic downturn and the slow recovery of the international economy,China's trade in services has maintained a rapid growth momentum.In 2016,China's total import and export of services reached 5348.4 billion yuan,of which trade in services exports 1,181,300 million yuan,an increase of 2.3%over the previous year,and has maintained a rapid growth trend for many years.In contrast,the past two years,China's trade in goods exports continued to decline,indicating that trade in services exports has become China's new economic growth under the new bright spot,which is mainly due to China's recent years to promote a series of trade facilitation Policies and measures,including the expansion of infrastructure,improving the business environment,promoting the use of e-commerce,strengthening innovation and so on.However,at present,China's trade in services exports there is a large deficit,accounting for low total trade and other issues.Therefore,in order to further improve the export of China's trade in services,we should continue to vigorously promote China's trade facilitation level.Shanghai,Tianjin,Fujian and Guangdong four major free trade zones,as China's important measure of further efforts to promote reform and innovation and opening up,has been increasingly bear the promotion of trade facilitation,and promote the development of China's service trade export function.Specifically,it refers to the establishment of an open,simplified and convenient business environment for international trade in services through the simplification of trade procedures and procedures in the free trade zone,the standardization of infrastructure,the conversion of foreign trade regulatory models,etc.Cross-border flow speed and efficiency,so as to further promote the export of China's trade in services.However,in the context of the construction of the free trade zone,China's trade facilitation development also has a lot of problems such as the lack of customs human resources,the low efficiency of customs clearance,the complicated system,the imperfection of supporting laws and the improvement of e-commerce level.Further development and breakthroughs in the export of services trade.In view of this,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of China's trade in services and trade facilitation with the background of the construction of free trade zone,and uses the method of quantitative and qualitative research to study the impact of trade facilitation on the export of service trade and how to enhance the overall level of trade facilitation in China,so as to promote the export of trade in services.First of all,this paper describes the current situation of China's service trade and trade facilitation,and analyzes the existing problems in the process of trade facilitation.Secondly,this paper,by constructing the evaluation index of trade facilitation,And constructs the overall index of trade facilitation in China.At the same time,based on the provincial panel data,the empirical analysis of the trade facilitation of China's overall trade in services exports and the eastern region and the central and western regions of the impact of trade in services exports,the results show that the promotion of trade facilitation of China's trade in services exports have a great enhancement.Finally,drawing on the developed countries in the context of the construction of free trade zone to enhance the level of trade facilitation development experience,from improving the level of port services,improve export regulations and rules and regulations,promote e-commerce,expand foreign direct investment,adjust the service industry structure and training professional talent and other aspects of the relevant countermeasures and suggestions proposed to enhance China's trade facilitation level and also promote trade in services to provide a reference.
