Research On The Evolution Of Public Space Of Tourism Leisure Based On Urban Renewal

Urban renewal is an important issue of urban policy development, urban theory development, urban planning and construction. With the rapid economic development, the development of many cities increasingly faced with aging substance, structure, functional decline and other issues, we need the urban public space forms integration and the space environment and features’ remodeling. As a special form of urban public space, tourism and leisure space can reflect the urban renewal development, the size and the trend of social evolution to a certain extent. In the context of urban renewal, evolution and integration of tourism and leisure space can’t be ignored.Through the discussion of urban renewal, tourism and leisure space research in some new ideas and issues of theory and practice, to explore the background in urban renewal, tourism and leisure space and the evolution of the relationship between urban renewal, summed up the evolution of urban tourism and leisure space mode and laws. Through foreign travel and leisure space evolution pattern of evolution of different success stories are analyzed systematically explore the update process tourism and leisure space, forms, dynamic mechanism, guide the healthy development of domestic tourism and leisure space; and a Xuhui Riverside Evolution as examples of specific empirical studies, further elaborated the evolution path of travel and leisure space, put forward the scientific and reasonable travel and leisure space optimization and integration measures, the reconstruction of city tourism with the characteristics of the space environment, and finally to the development of tourism and leisure space to organic and orderly.Chapter One: Introduction. After studies in urban renewal and public space at home and abroad and to sort out and summarize the relevant practice of urban renewal, public space, the concept of urban public space for leisure and tourism and leisure public spaces were defined, determined to “Urban Weaving” Theory modern urban renewal structure and function theory, stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis of the study.Chapter Three: Analysis of urban regeneration and leisure travel on the evolution of the public space.
