The method of cluster analysis is used to classify the consumption level of rural residents in 17 cities of Shandong Province. The fourth part analyzes the effect of different sources of income on the level of consumption by the principal components regression, and gives the canonical correlation analysis of different sources of income and consumption. The fifth part gives the conclusion of this paper. Firstly, the family business income is still a major source of income of rural residents, but the importance of wage income is gradually increase, and transfer income and property income are still insufficient; Secondly, rural residents of higher per capita net income are in Jinan, Qingdao, and the corresponding consumer spending is also located in the forefront of the province.
