| The industrial cluster is not only the mainstream of modern regional economic development,but also an effective development model to enhance regional competitiveness. Many domestic and foreign scholars have made a lot of research on the forming mechanism of industrial cluster,and these researches of view are also varied, and the fields involved are very broad. The cluster is not achieved overnight, but affected by many specific factors. Social embeddedness is forms the foundation of industrial cluster, rooted in local social network relationship, not the replication and the value of unique.The embeddedness have the effect of adhesive in the industry cluster, is related to the sustainable development of industrial clusters.On the basis of referring to domestic and foreign scholars, this paper consults a large number of literatures, then this paper summarizes the theory of industrial cluster at home and abroad and the progress of the formation mechanism, and analyzes the status quo and characteristics of aluminum industry cluster of linqu county.Then this paper analyzes the linqu aluminum social network embeddedness mechanism of industrial cluster from the staff-staff network mechanism, enterprise-enterprise mechanism and enterprise-services network mechanism three aspects.According to the questionnaire survey,field interviews, obtain the relevant index data to construct the social network embeddedness mechanism and linqu multivariate regression model between aluminum industry cluster enterprise profit margins, to measure the social network embeddedness in linqu county’s impact on the development of aluminum industry cluster formation.Finally,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of industrial cluster in Linqu County of the aluminum material.from the talent training and introduction, government policy adjustment, capital market development and regional cultural environment and so on four aspects.The article includes six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the basic concepts and basic theory,elaborate the concepts of aluminum profile, aluminum profile industry, industrial cluster, and the formation mechanism of industrial clusters are described.The third chapter is the characteristics of Linqu county aluminum industry cluster profiles and aluminium industrial cluster, and on this basis summarizes the three characteristics of linqu aluminum industry cluster.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the formation mechanism of industrial cluster,from the staff, enterprises and related services such as three level and using regression analysis method ofsocial embeddedness on industrial clusters in measuring the influence degree of the enterprise profit margin.The fifth chapter is the development problems and countermeasures of linqu aluminum industry cluster.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and problems to be discussed. |
