Y company was founded in 2011, is a state-owned enterprise in Yunnan Province,Kunming city. The main task after the establishment of the Y company is investing in medical industry, based on the realization of their own value, boosting Yunnan province to enhance the level of medical care to promote health care reform process in Yunnan province.In recent years, China’s 60 years of age and the rapid rise in the number of population, China has entered the aging society, becoming the world’s most populous country in the world. According to this characteristic, Y company after a preliminary study that Kunming city community pension care industry has not formed a good business model,community pension care also has not formed the scale and have investment opportunities, Y company decided in Kunming City Community pension care industry.The first step of the Y company’s external environment of survey, including Legal, Political, Economic, Social, Technological and Kunming community pension care industry community aspects.
