A Survey On The Needs And Services Of The Elderly In The Rural Community

In the 1980 s,in order to cope with the growing population of China,the state began to implement the family planning policy,resulting in the "8090" generation of families are generally the only child,with the passage of time,the demographic dividend will bring about a sharp increase in the aging of the population.Due to the rapid rise of house prices,Chinese families have gradually changed from traditional large families to small families of three.Small family makes a large number of empty nesters appear in rural and urban areas.The contradiction between family life and supporting the elderly makes most of the children tired of running between parents and families.The demand for community pension is increasingly pursued and needed by people with the form.During the three-month internship in Guanghui village,Tongling City,this paper participated in the construction of its day care center,the drafting and review of the community pension service system,in-depth rural visits to the villagers to collect data,and returned to Guanghui village again on December 3,2019 to collect data.The main research results are as follows: 1.Based on the development of community pension service in Guanghui village and the results of interviews with villagers,this paper summarizes the changes of rural pension mode,rural elderly pension concept and demand,and rural community pension service content;2.By analyzing the basic living conditions,family conditions,specific life time distribution and specific pension needs of the elderly in Guanghui village,this paper makes use of Through correlation analysis,we can get many reasons that affect the demand of the aged and analyze them.According to the above research,in the field visit,we found that there are many problems in the three aspects of service content,service effectiveness and service management.At the same time,combined with the relevant literature,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the above problems,mainly from three aspects: the diversity of service content,the fairness and fairness of service principles,and the scientific and healthy service management.As the sample village is only a special case,four suggestions are put forward on how to promote the construction of other rural community pension services,namely,respecting their own reality,following the advanced ideas,ensuring the safety of funds and cultivating filial piety culture.
