Along with economic globalization accelerating, the competition between enterprises is increasingly reflected in the supply chain competition. Inventory is the link of the supply chain system, which not only can ensure the smooth sales activities, but also can improve the actual sales (the uncertain stochastic demand) and reduce customer demand response time. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain, enterprises pay more and more attention to the optimization of multi echelon inventory. Reactive supply chain inventory optimization, which is based on electronic manufacturing enterprises, is particularly concerned. Because most of the electronic product is high-tech product, its main characteristic is short life cycle, frequent replacement and uncertain market demand, resulting in a decline in price of the product as upgrading constantly. The inventory control of electronic manufacturing’s supply chain has become one of the hot spot.Based on this background, this paper takes the reactive supply chain of electronic manufacturing enterprises as the research object, and uses computer simulation technology to optimize the supply chain inventory. Firstly, the supply chain inventory management and inventory control strategies are studied, which provide a theoretical basis for the following case studies. Secondly, the reactive supply chain of electronic manufacturing enterprises is analyzed, which provides the theory and data support for the supply chain modeling. Thirdly, according to the demand distribution characteristics of the supply chain, the simulation model of the reactive supply chain for electronic manufacturing enterprises is constructed by using Witness simulation technology. Finally, the total inventory cost, the average waiting time, the average work efficiency and the total sales volume are selected as the optimization objective. And the simulated annealing algorithm provided by Witness simulation software is used to optimize the overall performance of the supply chain.Through the analysis of the simulation results, the optimal scheme is provided for the supply chain inventory control. Each node in the supply chain can improve the overall inventory of supply chain according to the simulation optimization scheme. The research has some reference value for other enterprises’ supply chain inventory management.
