Research On Purchasing Under Supply Chain Optimization Of Company E

With the trade liberalization and resource allocation globalization, the globaleconomy is under recombining strategically and greatly, and the focus has been changed tosupply chain of company instead of enterprise. As an indispensable part of supply chain,procurement under supply chain shows more and more value add. Efficient purchasingmanagement and optimization not only helps enterprises reduce supply chain cost, but alsohas leverage in integration and harmonization of all activities in supply chain, whichenhance the core competence of enterprises and remain them the leader in the market. Therapid development of the electronics industry market has put forward higher requirementsand challenges for the EMS companies rely heavily on the supply chain.This thesis firstly introduces the definition of supply chain and procurement, and thenthe basic principles of purchasing organization, purchasing strategy, supplier management,and purchasing of EMS companies. On this basis, combining with Company E, it analyzesthe current situation and problem root cause of purchasing in Company E, and then putsforward3solutions to optimize the purchasing under supply chain in Company E,including rebuild of purchasing organization, adjustment of purchasing strategy, andestablish partnership between customer, supplier and Company E. Finally, an actual caseproject V commissioning and operation results evaluate and proof the strategies ofoperation which are stated in this file. Hopefully, this thesis can promote the optimizationof purchasing under supply chain in Company E and in whole EMS.
