With the change of the market business model,the organizational model of the company and customer change.This kind of change requires the middle and lower levels managers to gain higher leadership ability,which is even more evident in the fast-growing Internet companies.Therefore,leadership plays an extremely important role in the process of enterprise development,how to quickly establish a leadership model and effective use the leadership model in sustainable personnel training,is an urgent problem that companies need to solve.This thesis aims to study the major impact of leadership of the middle-level cadres of Internet companies on the development of enterprises,and provides scientific basis and direction for the cultivation of middle-level cadres.This article adopts the method of building a leadership competency model.Through a comprehensive analysis method,establish a middle manager's leadership model of A Company,which take corporate strategy and industry requirements into consideration.The leadership model can divide into 15 dimensions in 3 dimensions.Based on the middle-level cadre leadership model,the methods and tactics were proposed from two aspects.The first is personal promotion of middle-level cadres,which must improve self-cognition to achieve targeted ability enhancement.The second is organization provides resources and platforms for the development of middle-level cadres' leadership.Through the evaluation center,training system,promotion mechanism,performance management,incentive mechanism and backup system,to realize the seamless connection between the leadership model of middle-level cadres and human resources,and support the construction of middle-level cadre leadership.As the promotion and implementation of the leadership development system based on the middle-level leader leadership model of A Company,it was found that the promotion of the leadership of middle-level officers can effectively promote the development of A Company.The focuses of this article is to build the leadership of middle-level cadres of enterprises.According to the current situation of the industry and the strategy,A company construct a middle-level cadre leadership model with enterprise characteristics.Based on the leadership model,A company build a leadership development system,improve the competitiveness of core talents,and help enterprises to be a winner in the future.
