Talent is the most important and valuable resources in the enterprises. With the scaleexpansion of business, the rapid development of production technology and the highlycomplicated production process and the intensive market competition, all of the elementsforcing enterprises have to make the quickly strategic decision quickly and timely. As thebackbone and executor of the enterprise strategic, the middle managers should not onlystrictly execute and implement the high-level strategic decisions, but also need to give playtheir influence. They should base on the enterprise and their department and make theleadership behavior into effect to achieve the goal. So the quality and ability of the middlemanagers good or bad get more and more attention and concern of the enterprise. How tomake a comprehensive and effective middle managers leadership development proposal toenhance the overall management level of middle managers has become critical problem ofthe enterprise.Base on the domestic and overseas leadership theory and analyze the factor of leadershipdevelopment, according to present situation of DB company middle managers leadershipdevelopment, the paper will find the current problem and provide the systematicimprovement countermeasures for existing scheme. Meanwhile the paper will optimize aset of scientific and reasonable leadership development program for DB middle managersto raise their management level and define their development methods and path. The renewprogram will be more standardization and institutionalization and establish quantitativesystem for the important information to promote middle managers leadership development,on the other side it also can implement the company’s strategy and support the businesssmoothly and continuous conveying talents for sustaining the development of DB companyto realize the company’s vision.
