Study On Classification And Evaluation Of Coastal Tourism Resources

The coastal tourism industry has become an important part of the marine industry in the coastal countries and regions. Coastal tourism activities must be carried out with coastal tourism resources as a support.The quality of the coastal tourism resources influences the development and progress of coastal tourism.The scientific classification and evaluation of coastal tourism resources is the necessary step to draw up coastal tourism development plan, and is helpful to the rational exploitation and utilization of coastal tourism resources.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive and in-depth research on the classification and evaluation of tourism resources, but it has not yet formed a more authoritative and effective classification and evaluation system; similarly, in the study of classification and evaluation of the coastal tourism resources, it has not yet established a program of targeted,universal and operational. Therefore, we need to improve the existing classification and evaluation system and establish a professional system, in order to determine the characteristic and the value of exploitation.This thesis consists of six parts. The first part is an introduction. It introduces the study background and significance, the research summary of classification and evaluation, research contents, research methods and technical routes, the heavy and difficult points of the research and the innovations. The second part is the theoretical foundation.Defining the concept of "tourism resources" and "coastal tourism resources", and analysis the main characteristics of coastal tourism resources and the related theories of the classification and evaluation of the coastal tourism resources.The third part puts forward the classification scheme of coastal tourism resources. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the classification of tourism resources in general, and combined with the classification principles and basis, a new classification scheme of coastal tourism resources is proposed. It contains 8 main categories, 30 sub categories, 119 basic types.The fourth part is the evaluation of coastal tourism resources, as a core part of the thesis.Firstly, the principle of coastal tourism resources evaluation is proposed; then, the evaluation index system is established, which is composed of 4 levels and 33 evaluation factors, which are the target layer, the comprehensive evaluation level, the project level and the evaluation factor.Then use analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring to determine the weight value of the evaluation indicators at all levels; finally, using the obtained weight value and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to determine the level of coastal tourism resources.The fifth part is the empirical research of Shanhaitian Tourist Resort which in Rizhao city.Firstly, introduced the overview of study area; then, using this scheme, to establish a classification scheme of coastal tourism resources. The results showed that the number of natural and cultural tourism resources are abundant.The availability of coastal tourism development conditions is better; finally, to evaluate the coastal tourism resources of Shanhaitian Tourism Resort. The water landscape is "better", and the landforms landscape is "general", climate landscape is "good", biological landscape is "general", cultural landscape is "general"; In tourism resources development conditions, the social and economic conditions is "better", location characteristic is "better", tourism infrastructure is "general". The sixth part summarizes the main conclusions, and puts forward the research problems and prospects.
