Study On Industrial Transformation In Coal Economic Zone

Coal, as one of the most important mineral resources, has the nature of non renewable. With the increase in the mining takes, the coal reserves continue to decrease, the coal industry is gradually deteriorating. Therefore many cities or regions, which based on coal mining to develop their economy are facing the same problem of the industrial transformation. With the new normal of economic, the structure of coal industry is gradually adjusting. Industrial transformation of the coal economic zone is imperative, but how to transform, when is the appropriate time to transform, the transformation of the continuation of the industry and the problems encountered in the transformation of the coal industry restructuring into a more complex process.Specialists from international have been studying for the restructuring of coal industry for a long time and getting many achievements. Local scholars have paid little attention on the reach of industry phase of development-maturity, divided the reach into industry planning and transformation. First of all, from the view of stainable development of region, this paper designs on the existing scholar’s research and explores the general rules of resources industry’s exit and alternative of continuous industry on the theory of industrial as well as regional economics.This paper launches research on the perspective of coal economic zone of jining to summarize the transformation of resource industry about domestic and foreign afterward. In addition to analyze the critical factor influencing the mode of industrial transformation, it also discusses the inspiration to the industrial transformation of Jining. Then, combining the position of industry sustainable develop, with the typical example of resource-based regional of Jining, this paper analysis the industry status quo, existing problems and dilemma of development. This paper uses the location quotient and the coordination degree to research the zone of jining, chooses the most suitable patterns. Finally, this paper probes the dynamic mechanism of industrial transformation of coal and industry policy, analyzes the key influence factors of industry transformation of resource-based regional of Jining. This paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of coal economic zone to achieve, including the traditional industrial extension, industry choice, industry tourism, environment construction and people’s livelihood security.This paper takes coal economic zone of Jining which is in the period of glorious development as the research object, trying to change the explore pattern about industry life cycle, considering industry continuity in broad terms, combining industry exit with entry creatively, making innovations in perspective. Empirically and more brightly, this paper uses the latest data to analyze the location factors of primary advantage industry and economiccoordination degree in coal economy zone of Jining. This paper combines coal industrial transformation with tourism industry firstly, building industrial tourism brand, attaining some innovation about content.
