The Research Of Coal Resources City In Shanxi Industry Transformation Based On Sustainable Development

Sustainable development has been the concern matters of the whole world all the time. For a long time, resource-based cities has made important contribution to the country's economic and social development. But coal is a non-renewable resource, with the continuous exploitation, it will be faced with resource depletion one day. Shanxi province is a big national coal in the country, with 11 cities of coal, the coal industry is the pillar industry of the province's economic development, various types of coal mining enterprises across the province, and their number is the highest in the nation. Long-term exploitation of coal resources in Shanxi Province's not only brought economic development. but also brought destruction of the water, air pollution, ground collapse and a series of adverse consequences, which seriously affected the coordinated development of regional economy. Therefore, the study of coal resource city Industrial Transformation in Shanxi Province is of great significance.This paper is from the present situation of Shanxi coal resource city, by the sustainable development theory, the industrial economics theory, based on a lot of relevant information, analyses the existed problems of coal resources in Shanxi Province, and explores the necessity for industrial transformation of coal resource cities and the difficulties and the advantages of transition industry from the feasibility. On this basis, it quantitative analyzed the Shanxi coal resource city industry transformation, and established evaluation indicators system of industry transformation. Using factor analysis method established the factor evaluation model of industry transformation, though researched internal dependences of numerous variable and explored basic structure of observational data, it obtained the three mainly factors which impact industry transformation, such as economic integrated factor, environmental integrated factor, social integrated factor. Used these three mainly factors' score determined the status of Shanxi coal resource city industry transformation and sorted them. Finally, from the actual situation of Shanxi Province, this paper proposes some suggestions for Shanxi Province coal resources city Industrial Transformation by domestic and foreign resources's experience, which are to follow the government's macroeconomic regulation and control, and extend the coal industrial chain, and enhance the understanding of industrial transformation, and find alternative industries and optimize industrial structure, and improve the technological content of the primary industry, and carry out the strategy of prospering province by talent person and relying on technological progress, and establish a diversified pattern by using of regional advantages, and establishing a diversified model and the use of coal resources cities evaluation system to conduct real-time evaluation of the transition and find new breakthrough.
