Currently, the market competition of electrical appliance retail chain companies of in China is very fierce, but homogeneity on product, service, marketing and management pattern. The company how to hold the market pulse and discovers the featured selling points, look for the difference of developing way, which has its own characteristics. It is the coveted expectation of every company. We upon mechanism innovation and company development, at the same time, also face more increasingly fierce market competition. Competition between companies is from Industrial technology content and management level, to talents competition. The company talent is become answering to international and civil market competition, mail resource to be strategic target and continual improvement. The company talent is the person who is loyal, can link personnel development with organization target, play an important role of key chains of the company operation, and he/she is strong irreplaceable person. Company for talent, it is not only use, but also train and develop. "1200 of talents project" of Su Ning is the most representative talent project, which target is train graduated and be to key figures of Su Ning middle management, between 2-3 years. Similarly, Guo Mei has "talents pool project", and other companies also want to copy it. Actually, many famous foreign companies have more mature model on this special talents training program, and it named management trainee (MT). This article is based on MT project of W company; introduce training model and share practice of MT.Successful MT training model is based on clear business model, strategic planning, medium and long-term business goal, have specific thinking on talent standard, assignment and training. So MT project is contain talent inventory, talent supply chain building, career path design, training model and training system building, and selection, training, assignment, retention of human resource. To complete ripple effects from staff development to organization development.This article introduces the specific method, and talk about experience and to be improved of MT model. Based on the above study, this article proposes dual ¥model, upgrade version of dual Y model. It will be theory gain of this study. And provide specific suggestion of W Company MT model improvement, from sales trainee, apprenticeship and improve efficiency of tacit knowledge coping.Through practice MT model is can be used in different industry and company culture. This article dissected MT model by practice, the results showed long-term talent training module is more conducive to organization and business development. And keep sustainable development of talents, and add its value is the important method of multinationals attracting talents. The civil companies should be drawing on the experiences, daring the practice, and discover the MT model that is suitable for own industry.
