Research On Risk Sharing In Collaborative Decision Making Of Electrical Appliance Supply Chain

With the development of science and technology, China’s electrical appliance industry has made great progress, with its mode of operation transformed from traditional mode to the supply chain management mode. However, the rapid development of supply chain management in China’s electrical appliance industry is followed by certain risks, the counter measure of which has not been clearly defined. This issue, along with the lack of necessary management mechanisms, leads to chaos in the risk management of supply chain in the electrical appliance, which affects the overall interests of the supply chain, and even leads to the disintegration of the supply chain system.Firstly, this thesis focuses on the risk management problem of electrical appliance, classing the risks of electrical appliance and making analysis of them. In combination with related research, we put forward a method of collaborative decision-making management in supply chain risk sharing. It also establishes the collaborative decision-making model of supply chain risk sharing in the electrical appliance through principal-agent model. Thus, the collaborative decision-making in the supply chain risk sharing is provided theoretical basis, method and model.The main content of this thesis is the collaborative decision making of supply chain risk sharing. Firstly, the thesis demonstrates the possibility of collaborative decision making of supply chain risk sharing in electrical appliance, through revenue sharing compact theory. Based on this, the thesis establishes two models of principal agent model in electrical appliance supply chain risk sharing: the risk sharing collaborative decision making model under the condition of asymmetric information, and the risk sharing collaborative decision making model with the introduction of home appliance manufacturer’s effort degree in risk sharing. And the thesis makes a contrastive study of the two models. Finally, the results show that in the electrical appliance, supply chain risk sharing collaborative decision-making is feasible and effective; the introduction of risk sharing efforts degree can reduce the risk of the whole supply chain system, for the benefit of the whole supply chain. Suggestion is made that household electrical appliances manufacturers should communicate actively with large shopping malls on their own initiative, make efforts to share the risk of supply chain system, which will improve the overall revenue of electrical appliance supply chain, reduce the cost of supply chain operation, and eventually makes contribution to the realization of the ultimate goal of a win-win situation in the supply chain.
