| At present, water conservancy and hydropower project attracts many persons’attentions. Under the background of huge market requirement, water conservancy and hydropower enterprises in China are being faced with unprecedented development opportunities. However, after China’s entry into WTO, foreign water conservancy and hydropower enterprises have entered into Chinese market, native water conservancy and hydropower enterprises are being faced with the big challenges. This paper takes Jiang Su A Building Engineering Company as an example to analyze its managing model in order to help this company formulate its strategy which fits its development and formulate the related measures for the strategy. The purpose of this paper is to provide strategic guidance and other support to similar companies through the study on Jiang Su A Building Engineering Company. |
