As a country with the largest majority of farmers, whether it can deal with the "three rural" issues related to the quality of the national economy, economic development, social stability, national prosperity. The difficulty of increasing farmers’ income is the most prominent problem in the development of agriculture and rural economy in our country. Farmers’ income is an important aspect of rural issues, it has been listed as a priority by the government. Academia is also a considerable scholars believe that China’s problems in the final analysis is the "Three Rural Issues", "Three Rural Issues" in the final analysis is the farmers, farmers’ income in the final analysis. Increase farmers’ income is not only related to the agricultural economic development, improve the lives of farmers and rural social stability, but also to implement the policy of expanding domestic demand, related to the economic development and social stability.Hubei Province has long been one of the country’s major agricultural areas, its rural economy in the country has a high typical and representative. Hubei is a major agricultural province, the first industry revenue in the proportion of the income of farmers in more than 60%. In recent years, Hubei income of rural residents continued to grow, to a certain extent, improve the living standards of farmers, however, urban residents and rural residents’ income levels compared to the developed areas there is still a large gap between the income of farmers is still a problem in Hubei Province most urgent attention and solve problems. Mainly for the farmers’ slow increase of farmers’ per capita net income in the country’s ranking dropped, the reason both of the industrial structure, but also with the relevant policies and institutions. To solve the problem of farmers’ income growth, Hubei, the first factor of farmers’ income from the start of influence. And the use of standard deviation of the income of rural residents launched a detailed analysis of regional differences;Then analyzes the influencing factors of income of rural residents in Hubei Province, include the following:human capital and labor, price of agricultural products, the level of development in the region, the income distribution system, agricultural science and technology, the farmers themselves, market institutional factors, the industrial structure;Finally, the above analysis is proposed to improve the income of rural residents of suggestions, including raising the proportion of workers in the initial distribution, and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and further improve laws and regulations, establish the urban and rural minimum living security system, improve the income section three distribution, improve the technological content of the industrialization of agriculture, reversing the traditional production and management system.
