A Study On The Efficiency Of Agricultural Finance In Guangdong Province

Finance likes the body’s blood, can distribute all kinds of social resources to various sectors of the economy, and promote the coordinated development of social economy. Finance has become a fundamental role in the development of modern economy, no exception in agriculture. In many rural areas of China, however, financial development still exist many problems, such as the low scale, service does not reach the designated position, financial system and management level are inefficient, and those are not conductive to solve the problem of the development of rural economy. Guangdong province as one of the most economically developed areas in China; its agricultural development also has a natural geographical advantage and financial advantage. But some rural areas of Guangdong province also have different degree of financial support agriculture efficiency problems. In view of this, sorting out cause and effect relationships of the rural financial development and economic growth in Guangdong province, analyzing the factor influencing the manifestation of financial support agriculture efficiency extremely, for solving such problems have reference value for the local and even the whole country.In this paper, I will study the Guangdong rural finance support agriculture efficiency, three main content, first of all, the quantitative Granger test to explore the financial efficiency is to improve the relationship between rural economic growth, and then use DEA efficiency analysis methods to analyze the manifestation of financial support agriculture efficiency, and by using Tobit regression analysis research the influence factors, countermeasures to finally improve the efficiency of financial support agriculture provided the scientific empirical analysis. In this paper, the concrete content is as follows:First chapter is introduction, introduces the topic background and significance, research methods and technical route, innovation and deficiency, etc. The second chapter mainly elaborates the financial economic development related theory and financial efficiency of the relevant literature. Economic development theory mainly introduced the development of modern financial theory and the rural financial development theory. Literature is relevant to study on the relationship between the financial development and economic growth and financial efficiency research literatures. The third chapter mainly method research, respectively on the causation and efficiency analysis of the related approaches are introduced and compared, and the key to using Granger method and DEA method made a statement.The fourth chapter mainly causality research, firstly, the rural financial savings and loan conversion rate and per capita income of farmers build VAR variable since the vector regression model, co-integration test analysis and its long-term relationship, and the use of Granger test improved rural financial efficiency and economic growth in Guangdong province is a causal relationship between, the final was analyzed by using the impulse response function and variance analysis of the specific financial efficiency factors impact on rural economic growth.The fifth chapter mainly is The analysis of financial support agriculture efficiency and its factors Selection of input and output variables, related financial support agriculture efficiency by the DEA efficiency analysis between overall and various cities in Guangdong province regional financial support agriculture efficiency, then using Tobit regression analysis the influence factors of the efficiency of financial support agriculture.The sixth part mainly includes the conclusion and countermeasures and Suggestions. Although the Guangdong rural economic and financial development, but rural finance has been unable to match the economic and financial support agriculture efficiency to be improved.
