With the development of productivity, the relation between enterprise logistics cost and production activities become more and more intimate. Therefore, exploring the value behind logistic system, increasingly funded by decision-making in companies. We have rationalised our delivery route. By advanced production way can not only effectively make use of the enterprise the human resources, but also can reduce production cost. This thesis, which takes a new perspective, brings the principal of delivery route into the study of production logistic system in a bottom-up way and sets up an applicable modal of delivery route.A mathematical model of material delivery in assembly workshops is established, in which the shortest delivery route is taken as the objective function and a genetic algorithm method are gives. And we are programed MATLAB programme to solve the shortest delivery route. Then use ExtendSim software building simulation model. The model is also validated in the thesis. Finally, after simulating and running, to relevant experimental data a correlative analysis was given. Our results showed that the shortest delivery route of the distinctive system in assembly workshop is optimized by the method described above. So it seems pretty clear that this will largely be for corporations. It is considered not only a way of improving efficiency but also guarantee the orderly production process.The main content of the paper is as follow:1. Aiming at present problems of assembly shop. Then find the deep reason of the problem by means of cause and effect analysis. And puts forward the corresponding solutions.2.By analysizing Vehicle Routing Problem under the description of the problem, we establish a mathematical model, then use MATLAB software to programme genetic algorithm to solve Vehicle Routing Problem.3.Then use ExtendSim software building simulation model. It is solved with a unified operation simulation model. And then use the acquired data to compare with the data from the simulation of distribution model is used for the validating. Then, summarizes the main factors. The optimization of delivery vehicle dispatch system, we are realized vehicle efficient utilization.4.This part introduces the application of the shortest delivery route in the assembly workshop. By analyzing results of optimization scheme. It is of great moment to make the distribution, and further more, the logistics system increasingly efficient and properly plan human resource allocation. This paper have accumulated many experiences in the development of modern logistics technology.
