Grameen Bank set up the peer to peer (P2P) business of prototype in 1983. And the model of P2P is introduced in China in 2007. Nowadays, peer to peer business further develop and strengthen among China with its easy monetary policy, higher interests rates and the characteristics of convenient. Whereas, at the same time, some companies like EZUBAO, RIJINBAO ect. as the name of P2P are setting the illegal fund-raising. The industry of P2P is in necessary of building its new position in the market, with the network borrowing regulatory rules draft appears.This paper set the company name FENQILE as an example to explain the problem of the growth, the measure of risk control for the mixture model which combines P2P creditor’s rights financing business with e-commence segment of market for the undergraduate students, the mixture model. And then analyze the market segment for the undergraduate students based on the macro perspective, medium perspective and micro perspective. And moreover analyze the industry position of the segment market based on the index data and site competition model. Then, explain the FENQILE and JUZILICAI’s moral hazard, law risk and systematic risk according to the issues which including Network borrowing regulatory rules draft, marketing contract of FENQILE and JUZILICAI and the background of management layer. And then, analyze the commercial closed-loop of FENQILE, JUZELICAI and JINGDONG MALL and finally explain the functions between the control aspect and market aspect for FENQILE.
