Risk Evaluation Of Closed-loop Supply Chain Of Electronic Products

With the development of science and technology and people's awareness of environmental protection,reverse logistics is gradually emerging.The closed-loop supply chain is composed of traditional supply chain and reverse supply chain,which covers the information flow,logistics and capital flow in the product life cycle.Various stakeholders in the chain bring significant benefits to enterprises through the coordinated operation and integration of business processes including suppliers,manufacturers,retailers,recyclers,etc.The electronic product has the characteristics of rapid changes in market demand,fast product replacement and rapid informatization,which makes the risk factors of the closed-loop supply chain of electronic products complex and diverse.The research on the closed-loop supply chain risk of electronic products helps the closed-loop supply chain enterprises to develop risk prevention mechanisms to avoid loss of profits from risk factors.The following aspects are included in the main research contents of this thesis.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance of closed-loop supply chain risk of electronic products,and introduces the domestic and international research status of closed-loop supply chain from four aspects: closed-loop supply chain network design,recycling,inventory and pricing.Secondly,the closed-loop supply chain risk correlation theory which includes the closed-loop supply chain concept and the closed-loop supply chain risk management is introduced.The interpretation structure model(ISM)is used to explain the establishment of the closed-loop supply chain risk index system of electronic products,and the characteristics of the electronic products industry are introduced,from the outside of the closed-loop supply chain,members and closed-loop supply chain enterprises,the causes of the closed-loop supply chain risk of electronic products are explained,the closed-loop supply chain risk index system of electronic products is established.Thirdly,according to the causes of closed-loop supply chain risk and scholars' literature research,the closed-loop supply chain risk index system is established which including 17 risk indicators in four aspects: environment,cooperation,supply and reverse risk,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to evaluate the risk of closed loop supply chain of electronic products.Finally,the applicability and feasibility of the closed-loop supply chain risk assessment model are verified by a case study.The risk index system of closed-loop supply chain of electronic products is improved,and corresponding suggestions are made based on the analysis results.
