| With the continuous development of the society, the competition between horizontal laboratory testing has been continuously strengthened, and customers propose increasingly high requirements on the quality of laboratory detection, and also there is a diminishing trend in the allowed deviation range for various standard methods. So it is very important to strengthen the control of the testing quality and improve the quality of laboratory testing.This paper takes ISO/IEC 17025:2005 "testing and Calibration Laboratory Accreditation Criteria" and the comprehensive quality management as the theoretical basis. From the key factors affecting the quality of laboratory testing as the starting point, through the analysis of Y company personnel, equipment, facilities and environmental conditions, detection methods, quality assurance and value traceability, it makes a comprehensive analysis to testing quality control situation of Y company, existing problems and earnestly carries on the reason analysis on existing problems of quality inspection control, and according to the analyzed reasons puts forward the feasible measures for the improvement, and makes an evaluation on the implementation effect of improvement measures.This study hopes to promote the improvement of the testing quality of Y company, but also hopes to have a certain reference value for the control of the testing quality of the horizontal laboratory. |
