Innovation drives innovation, survival and development of enterprises under national business background Innovative Organization in the final analysis is the staff innovation, therefore, how to stimulate innovative behavior of employees in the enterprise culture development process is the most important aspect of staff. Spiritual leadership as a new style of leadership, based on intrinsic motivation theory, is able to stimulate innovative behavior of employees, the problems caused by many scholars ponder. In addition, the core staff self-evaluation issues that affect their innovative behavior is academic circles. Therefore, this article constructed the influence of the spirit of innovation and leadership on employee behavior, the core staff of the self-evaluation of the overall model as the moderator.The research has investigated 32 companies in Jiangsu Province, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and Shanghai by using interviews, questionnaires and other research methods to collect relevant data. It uses SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 17.0 for data factor analysis and uses SPSS 16.0 for data correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The research studies the relationship between independent variable (spiritual leadership) on the dependent variable (employee innovative behavior), while the core self-evaluations to employee’s moderates the relationship between spiritual leadership and employee’s innovation. This study arrives at these conclusions:Firstly, vision, hope/faith and love of altruism have a significant positive effect on the innovative behavior of employees. Secondly, employee self-evaluation can moderate the relationship between the core vision and innovative behavior among employees, namely the positive effects of vision posed on the employee’s innovation behavior can be strengthened by employee self-evaluation. that the higher staff core self-evaluations, vision and positive impact on employee innovative behavior of the stronger; employees can regulate the relationship between core self-evaluations hope/belief and behavior among employees to innovate, that is, the higher staff core self-evaluations, hope/belief and positive impact on employee innovation behavior the stronger; staff core self-evaluations can regulate the relationship of love and altruism of innovative behavior among employees that the higher staff core self-evaluations, the stronger the altruistic love and positive impact on employee innovation behavior. So the study provides four suggestions for managers:firstly, leaders should pay attention to their own spiritual pursuit; secondly, leaders pay attention to the vision of leaders incentives to motivate employee’s better vision of the organization; thirdly, people-oriented leader with altruistic love to impress employees; fourthly, the enterprises should held activities to strengthen employee confidence. This study summarizes the limitations of sample size and area, and then points out the future research direction.
