The spiritual of leadership is to point to build a learning organization, by stimulating the staff’sinternal motivation to achieve the purpose of organizational transformation. The goal of spiritual leadershipis through the adoption of a certain strategy and psychological authorization for employees, to establishindividual and team about the organization’s vision and shared values, organizational commitment andproductivity is improved.This study from Shandong, Henan and part of state-owned enterprises, institutions and privateenterprise to choose the subjects, units, departments or teams by members of the leadership, mutual way ofpairing questionnaires, using descriptive statistics, letter validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis andconfirmatory factor analysis and multiple linear analysis of multivariate statistical methods, such as, thefollowing conclusions:(1) Spiritual leadership questionnaire in the context of our organization is a three dimensional,14-item questionnaire, including vision, hope and faith, altruistic love of three dimensions, presents goodfitting coefficient, structure content is clear, has the good level of reliability and validity.(2) Spiritual leadership, ethical leadership on employee task performance, have significant positiveinfluence on knowledge sharing behavior, spiritual leadership to have significant positive influence onemployee innovative behavior, paternalistic leadership of task performance, no significant influenceknowledge sharing behavior and innovation behavior.(3) the spirit of the employees’ psychological capital at the group level leadership on task performanceplayed a complete mediation role in the relationship, at the group level of spiritual leadership on therelationship between the knowledge sharing behavior has played a part in the intermediary role, at thegroup level of spiritual leadership on the relationship between the innovation behavior played a part in therole of mediation; Employees’ psychological capital at the group level of ethical leadership and knowledgesharing behavior have the effect of complete mediation, and the group of ethical leadership for theemployee behavior had no significant influence task performance and innovation. The paternalisticleadership group level to the task performance, knowledge sharing behavior of employees and the role of innovation behavior were not significant.(4) The spirit of the task of leadership for the employee performance, knowledge sharing behavior hasstable effect, the stability of the positive influence on employees’ innovative behavior is poorer;Paternalistic leadership to the task performance, knowledge sharing behavior of employees, innovationbehavior has no significant effect; Ethical leadership for the employee’s behavior affect stability is poorer, asecond measurement results show that under the leadership of ethics type employee task performance,knowledge sharing behavior, innovation behavior regression coefficients are all negative, illustrates thepositive effects of ethical leadership in reducing gradually.Finally, the innovation of this research and the deficiency made a summary and outlook.
