Spiritual leadership as a way of leadership behavior can positive impact on individual, team andorganization. Through the leader’s attitude, values and behavior inner motivate employees, create a vision,give employee hope, faith, and altruistic love.This essay adopted literature review, questionnaires and other research methods to explorespiritual leadership. Through investigating500employees in our country from some different cities, thisarticle mainly took descriptive analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis, the exploratory factoranalysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model and other statistical analysis technique.Drew on the following conclusions:First, spiritual leadership positive impacted on employee’s voice behavior. Differentdimensions of spiritual leadership had effect on these consequences differently.Second, The mechanism of spiritual leadership, organization climate and psychological safetywere found to significantly mediate the relationship between spiritual leadership and voice behavior. At thesame time, they played in the chain intermediary role in the spiritual leadership and voice behavior.Third, discussion about the demographical and histological variables, effects on the contents ofspiritual leadership. It was found that the demographical and histological variables included age,educational level, position, job tenure and type of the company had some significant effects on the contentsof spiritual leadership.In the end, the research discussed the current limitations and future research orientation.
