The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy, science and technology has become the driving force behind economic and social development, moreover to master and use science and technology is the talents. With the global economy and the integration of information, plus the degree of globalization greatly increase, the competition of comprehensive strength eventually becomes the talent competition. In the fierce Market competition, the employee turnover has become very common especially among small and a medium high-tech enterprise, staff turnover often far-reaching impact, has attracted the attention of various enterprises.IT companies as a knowledge-intensive enterprises, science and technology enterprises belong to very typical, mainly engaged in the research, development,production, and development of new technologies, service and other business technology products, its core competence is the business of talent and expertise knowledge base, its industry characteristics determine the IT business professionals dependence is very strong, so that the human resources development strategy to become IT enterprise resources.From the theoretical study of brain drain affecting factors start to P research and development company to explore the object, according to the company’s core R & D staff of P characteristic, empirical analysis through interviews and questionnaires and other methods to its core R & D staff of the company’s turnover P The Present Situation, Causes and influencing factors were analyzed data systems, and carry out targeted discussion and research on the company should access countermeasures. We hope that through this study can find out the main reasons and factors P development company staff turnover, helping P research and development companies to improve core staff management, improving competitiveness so as to promote the stable development of enterprises.This paper is divided into six parts; the first part is the preface of the article mainly discusses the research background, purpose and significance, research content and methods. The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper, the theory of employee turnover and attrition meanings were discussed, proposed general factors leading to the loss of employees. The third part introduces the research object of this paper P research and development company employees characteristics, status quo loss of key employees and the impact on business is proposed to study the importance of the loss of key employees. The fourth part is the core part of this paper, research andDevelopment Company for P empirical analysis, using the method of interviews and questionnaires; we established a research and development company main factors P loss of key employees.
