The problem of labor intensive enterprises in Henan province is more serious,that is to increase the cost of recruitment and training,and affect the normal production of the enterprise,which has a great impact on the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprise management personnel also gradually realize that the stability of the first line staff in order to reduce the recruitment and training costs,and ensure the stability of production.The staff of the occupation satisfaction and employee occupation exhaustion is an important factor affecting the employee turnover,is also an important field on human resource management,how to improve employee satisfaction and implement reasonable incentive measures to reduce staff turnover rate,reduce turnover behavior,so as to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises,this is a topic at the moment business managers need to pay attention to.F group is a well-known electronic products foundry service enterprise,requires a large number of frontline staff to maintain production,but its line staff has a high turnover rate,seriously affect the normal production of F group.In this study,according to the F group of industry characteristics,combined with relevant literature and Research on employee turnover,using satisfaction questionnaire and turnover intention scale and other tools,to explore the influence factors of turnover intention include demographic variables,employee.Combined with case interviews and other methods to find the reasons of the loss of staff,according to the analysis of employee turnover intention the design scheme and Countermeasure of F group to deal with employee turnover,to provide a reference for the F group and similar enterprise human resources management practice.
