| Based on the remote sensing image and data of 2000 and 2012,comprehensive apply of extended dynamic analysis,landscape index analysis, Kernal density analysis,quadrant orientation analysis,SPSS principal component analysis, GIS multi factor spatial overlay and buffer analysis, location discrimination analysis and so on.This paper discussed time variation characteristics, spatial distribution characteristics, influence factors of layout change, layout location and optimization model of rural settlement in Erhai lake area of Yunnan. The results indicate that:(1)With time going on, the overall expansion of rural settlement in Erhai lake area is obviously,the main area of settlement expansion lies in the western of Erhai,the difference of settlement expansion in different villages and towns is obvious,the expansion rate of the south towns is much higher than that in the north,the extension speed of the eastern town is obviously lagging behind the Western,the expansion speed and rate of contribution of rural settlement in mountain villages and towns like Tai yi and Shuang lang are far lower than others;In the last twelve years,the scale and quantity of rural settlement in the whole region were obviously higher, the layout is more intensive,the integration effect of settlement is becoming more and more prominent,the settlement development degree of Haixi is much higher than that of Haidong area, in the short term, the small size,fragmentation and fragmentation of the settlement will still be one of the main characteristics of the rural settlement landscape in Erhai lake area.(2) Relocation and integration gradually become the main feature of the spatial evolution of rural settlements in Erhai lake area.With time going on, the distribution density level of rural settlement in the north and south of Erhai dropped,region nearby S221 and G214 grew into areas of dense distribution of settlements;The spatial difference of settlement area and the number of patches are obviously,the South and Northwest Township have become the major growth areas of settlement area and patch number in Erhai lake area;Based on the characteristics of spatialdistribution and structure of settlements in different regionals, the spatial distribution patterns of rural settlement in Erhai lake area can be divided into 3 types, such as zonal distribution, linear distribution and scattered distribution.(3)At the macro level of county areas, the driving forces of the spatial and temporal distribution and changes of rural settlement in Erhai lake area can be divided into two types, which are the fundamental driving force reflecting the regional economic development level and the original power factor reflecting the status of regional agricultural production,with time going on,in the spatial and temporal distribution and change of rural settlement in Erhai lake area,the leading role of regional economic development level factors have become increasingly prominent;On the micro level of the settlement patch, small settlements with weak development foundation and scarce population are the main body of rural settlement in this area,the impact of traffic accessibility, central urban area and urban land use on settlement space layout is closely related to the road layout, contour features, and the distance between urban and urban areas;with time going on,the trend with which settlements move to areas with developed economically, sparsely populated and convenient transportation is obviously,the impact of central urban area and urban land use on settlement layout in Xiaguan main city zone and other suburban towns is enhanced.(4)In Erhai lake area,the location condition of most rural settlement is relatively poor,the location suitability score of the settlement is obviously different between the north and the south, the location suitability score of the southern settlement is higher than that of the north,settlements with high location suitability score gather along the main traffic roads while that of low score mainly distributed in the relatively weak foundation of the development of the mountain villages,with time going on, the proportion of the number of low and middle location suitability score settlements rise and lower down, the overall change of higher settlement is small,in the short term, Haixi region is still a major area for high suitability score settlements;Based on the measurement results of the suitability grades and scores of rural settlement location,five kinds of control modes, such as urban transformation, priority development, characteristic development, guidance and development, and disposabletype are put forward. |
