Research On The Evolution Of Rural Human Settlement And Planning Strategy In Lake Tourism Area

Urbanization and the development of rural tourism boom accelerated the rapid transformation of traditional villages,at the same time,it led to the contradictions of ecological environment protection and development because of short-sighted development.How to coordinate and resolve this contradiction has become a hot topic of concern.Based on the theory of human settlements,the theory of rural transformation and development,the theory of rural tourism and the theory of landscape ecology,this paper takes the Huxin village of Yinghu Scenic area of Ankang city as a typical case to study the evolution process and planning coping strategies of rural human settlements in lake tourism area.Based on the "ecological,production,living and social",the paper analyzed the temporal and spatial evolution of Huxin Village from 1990 to 2015,using Participatory Assessment(PRA),GIS analysis method,entropy method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and statistical analysis method.Through the analysis of the influencing factors and evolution characteristics of the rural settlement system in the Huxin village,this paper constructs the satisfaction evaluation index system from the rural living environment elements,and makes a quantitative evaluation of the present situation of the human settlements in the study area.Combined with the evaluation results,the paper put forward the planning coping strategy after summarizing the existing problems of the living environment of Huxin village.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the time sequence of the key events such as the relocation of Huxin village area,the completion of the operation of Ankang Hydropower Station,the emergence of farmhouse and the establishment of tourist attractions,The process of evolution of Huxin village is divided into four stages,the traditional stage of rural construction,the overall stage of the relocation,the stage of transition and rapid construction stage.(2)The evolution of the living environment of Huxin village shows the characteristics of "the expansion of the village area,the increase of the density of the settlements and the expansion along the main traffic line".The expansion and extension of villagers living space are obvious,and the characteristics of the residential buildings and the change of the residential mode are obvious.In addition,the results of participatory assessment show that the social network of social relations tends to be simplified and the cultural quality of villagers is improved obviously.(3)Policy system factors,tourism resources factors,topographic factors,road traffic factors and social and cultural factors in turn affect the evolution of the living environment of Huxin village in varying degrees.(4)The results show that local residents and tourists have the highest satisfaction with the natural environment,while the degree of dissatisfaction with the infrastructure is the highest,followed by the public service facilities,according to the entropy method and the fuzzy comprehensive level method.(5)At present,in the quick success of tourism development model driven,Huxin village ecological environment has been a certain degree of damage and deterioration trend.In addition,there are some problems about Huxin village living environment,such as all kinds of building layout scattered,human settlements construction supervision is not enough,construction land tension,lack of infrastructure facilities,the traditional style of the village gradually lost and so on.Accordingly,the paper put forward planning strategies in aspects of the village natural environment protection,industrial development,rural style control,infrastructure and public service facilities.
