In this industry and market environment, increase the exports potential of service and occupies an important position in the international market is clearly eager to achieve national targets. China have played a great role in promoting the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(abbreviated CAFTA) for the development of bilateral trade, whether merchandise trade or services trade. In the future, our country is still fully utilized the good condition which CAFTA bring to increase exports of services and focus on improving services competitive advantage in the market.Firstly, this thesis systematically combed the theory of services trade, and then made a series of empirical analysis. Using revealed comparative advantage index to calculated China and ASEAN specific trade data in services trade, get conclusions are: China’s service trade is still concentrated on traditional exports of key sectors, such as strong comparative advantage in tourism, transportation and other fields; while the export advantage is still insufficient in other areas, such as knowledge-intensive insurance and financial services industry. A large gap between China and Singapore exist, and a little gap between Thailand and Malaysia in the technology-intensive areas such as information telecommunication, electronic technology. Thereafter, the paper uses the extended trade gravity model analyzed model factors which affect China’s service trade exports, concluded that in some service sector is less than the export, and then put forward some suggestions in the last.
