For years, Thailand rice export in the world played a commanding position in the market, its rice exports accounted for20%of the total rice exports in the world-40%. In recent years, with Thailand rice export in the external environment changed, Thailand yearly downward trend in rice exports, and to China in particular rice export by Viet Nam, Pakistan and other countries beyond. Therefore, to explore Thailand rice export trade to China’s comparative advantages, is of real significance. This in reference both at home and abroad scholars has has research results of based Shang, using related of international trade comparison advantage theory, to Thailand on China rice export trade for points, analysis Thailand on China rice export trade of status and the faced of problem, then uses dominant comparison advantage index, and complementarity index, and similar sexual index these economic analysis tool on Thai in the between rice export trade of comparison advantage for quantitative measure, analysis results indicates that:Thailand in rice export aspects has is strong of comparison advantage, Should increase rice exports to China, while China is at a comparative disadvantage in rice exports, should increase investment in Thailand for rice imports. Thai rice exports of the two countries also have a good complementarity of complementarity has waned in recent years. Rice exports in third markets of the two countries on the reasonable structure, depending on the grade, quality rice to develop sales policies between different countries or regions, fully able to realize mutual benefit and win-win situation. Finally, this paper, reduce production costs, improve the quality of rice, pioneer emerging markets, maintaining a stable exchange rate of the baht and increase Thailand farmers’income, expand the scale of exports to China, and create jasmine rice brand to improve Thailand on comparative advantages of China’s rice exports and trade recommendations.
