As friendly close neighbors, China and Thailand to maintain healthy and stable development of relations between the two countries, both leaders contacts frequently, widely and in-depth exchanges and cooperation in various fields, there is a profound friendship between the people, especially in China since the establishment of the China-asean free trade area, China become the country’s second largest trading partner, Thailand to become China’s third largest trading partner in asean countries, China and Thailand bilateral trade cooperation into a new historical stage.All-round development of the bilateral trade between the two countries should both comply with the historical trend of peace and development, also accord with the two countries the people’s growing material and cultural life of reality.At the same time, China and Thailand bilateral trade also exist such as: China more competitive products in the export trade of Thailand, Thai trade deficit expanded, such problems as low level of China’s export trade of Thailand.So, on the one hand, we should continually optimize trade patterns, the realization of dynamic balance, adjust the policy to promote and deepen the relations between the two countries continue to move forward, on the other hand, must strengthen the complementary products, weaken the competitive products, to strengthen bilateral investment cooperation, China and Thailand to promote new development of trade.From the Angle of history and reality, accumulate useful experience for the development of the bilateral trade between the two countries, to better promote the friendly relations between the two countries to provide the reference.This paper mainly studies the trade structure between China and Thailand, through refer to the related theories of international trade, research and analysis of relevant research at home and abroad achievements and shortcomings, look at China and Thailand bilateral trade development present situation and the structure characteristics, on the basis of some conclusions and puts forward some Suggestions, strive for the better development of bilateral trade between the two countries.
