Performance evaluation is the activity used to determine the extent to which an employee performs work effectively. Performance evaluation system has the role of goal-oriented, developing human resources and is the base of other human resources' decisions. Thus, performance evaluation is one of the powerful measures to help the organization to realize the goal. Performance evaluation is so important that every firm, regardless of its style and scale, has its performance evaluation system.But what is the inside mean of performance evaluation? What is the reasonable performance evaluation system of an enterprise? How the result of performance evaluation connects with the company's salary, rewards and puishment and encouraging system. All of the above problems exist in most of companies, and they become the bottleneck of the performance evaluation system to run smoothly and to play the important role in firms.International group incorporated company of Suhao, is a company that is mainly engaged in the import and export trade of silk goods and garments. That the company's performance evaluation system was not able to keep up with the request of the development of market economy, is one of the important reasons that its enterprise management level and economic performances are hard to show the obvious development.This thesis, through researching and analyzing the present condition of Suhao Company ,and according to the modern theories of performance evaluation ,finds out the disadvantages and shortages of current performance evaluation system running in the company .Then ,this thesis ,on the base of analyzing the present condition and position ,sets up a new performance evaluation system ,which unite 3 kinds of ways of performance appraisal to use ,which is scientific ,reasonable and practical. This new performance evaluation system unites 3 months' appraisal and annual evaluation, uniting individual appraisal and department appraisal, uniting self-appraisal, other people appraisal,leader appraisal and subordinates appraisal, uniting examination and identification ,feedback and argument,uniting the performance dimension,the abilitydimension,and the attitude dimension. So this new performance evaluation system can resolve many problems effectively in the process of performance evaluation, and can be a reference to other enterprises.
