Based On The Project Team's Knowledge-based Organization Operating Mechanism

With the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy, the business environment changed enormously. Under this kind of environment, the knowledge organization based on project-team arises at the historic moment. The traditional organization mode can't meet the need of development taking knowledge and innovation as new economy on the foundation. The operating mechanism of knowledge organization becomes the important problem demanding urgently to be studied and solved. This paper regards such theories as organizational management, project management and system dynamics, etc. and research approach as the foundation, to the characteristics of knowledge organizations, adopting the research way in which the theory analyzed will carry on the deep discussion to the operating mechanism of knowledge organization based on project-team, regard one as management practice of knowledge organization and offer essential support. The research contents of this text include five following parts:1 ,The part of the introduction has carried on research to the concept and characteristic of knowledge organization. Knowledge organization is organized, the ones that refer to being formed by knowledge staff, offering knowledge type products or the service, organization based on dynamic project-team that the customer oriented. It has environmental opening, border such characteristics as fuzzy, doing away with a hierarchical system, dynamics, etc.2 , Have carried on the discussion to the operation logic of knowledge organization based on project-team. Second part from analyzing life cycle and core competence of knowledge organization are started with, have analyzed management mode of knowledge organization, have drawn the modern management logic of knowledge organization.3 , Have carried on research to the innovation ability mechanism of knowledge organization. On the basis of analyzing the operation mechanism of the innovative course, the third part uses the system dynamics method to structure SD causality model of the innovation ability system. Proceed from analysis on model; draw the countermeasure of promoting innovation ability of knowledge organization.4, Have carried on research to the executive ability mechanism of knowledge organization. On the basis of analyzing the core process of executive ability system, the third part uses the system dynamics method to structure SD causality model of the executive ability system. Proceed from analysis on model; draw the countermeasure of promoting executive ability of knowledge organization.5, Have carried on research to the learning ability mechanism of knowledgeorganization. On the basis of analyzing the interact process of learning ability system, the third part uses the system dynamics method to structure S-D causality model of the learning ability system. Proceed from analysis on model; draw the countermeasure of promoting learning ability of knowledge organization.It is on the basis of working out the operation logic of knowledge organization that the main innovation of this text is clicked, use the system dynamics method to structure innovative ability, executive ability and learning ability model separately, and analyze, have put forward the countermeasure of operating mechanism of knowledge organization improving to the model. Have established the foundation for the research in this respect in the future. However, because of the limitations of writing time of the thesis, the difficult reason of the study on organization theories is hard to quantify and lacking data etc., the logic relation between the systematic variables remains to weigh further, and to wait to carry on the further real example and artificial research too. So, the content that this text involves is only few part of operating mechanism of knowledge organization to study, a large number of subjects await to explore further.
